Medical and dental history review
Comprehensive dental evaluation, photographs
Review of xrays
Discussing findings and treatment options
Referral to other specialists if team based treatment approach is appropriate
Your follow up consultation is complimentary and will include
Reviewing treatment options after workup with other specialists
Answer questions that will help you make an informed decision regarding your dental treatment
Discuss your treatment timeline, and appointment sequence
Answer questions about professional fees, payment scheduling and insurance billing

Prior to any treatment, we will provide you with detailed information regarding your care, treatment sequence and financial investment. Payment for services is collected at the time of treatment. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also offer financing through Care Credit and Lending Club. We are not in-network with any dental insurance company. As a courtesy, we will submit insurance claims on your behalf. Your insurance company will reimburse you directly.
