Treatment: Directed a custom treatment plan for restoration. Patient's treatment was a 3 year journey with multiple specialists.

History: Initially the patient was unable to bite or chew with dentures and needed multiple extractions. The patient was seeking a solution to alleviate their chronic discomfort.

Treatment: Directed a custom treatment plan to create lower fixed and upper removable prosthesis.

Outcome: The patient is very happy with the treatment, he has a much more comfortable bite and can chew with ease. The patient has had a dramatic aesthetic improvement, boosting the patient's overall confidence.

History: Initial exam revealed that the patient was experiencing abscesses and exposed nerves. She was concerned about clear speech with dentures and wanted her teeth to look as natural as possible.

Treatment: Treatment involved upper extractions, grafting, and implant placement. Her fixed upper prosthesis was custom made by a ceramist for optimal aesthetics.

History: Patient initially came in with deteriorating jaw bone with tooth loss and needed implants.

Treatment: Treatment: Directed a custom treatment plan for restoration. The patient's treatment included implants with work done in different phases at the request of the patient.

Outcome: Bridges on dental implants and dramatic aesthetic improvement. The patient was really happy with the results and wished that he had completed both phases at the same time.

History: Referred by her general dentist. The patient lost teeth 40 years ago as a teenager and had been living with removable dentures. The patient wanted a natural smile with non-removable teeth.

Treatment: Treatment involved 6 implants in the upper and 4 in the lower and the creation of fixed upper and lower hybrid.

Treatment: Patient's one and a half year treatment involved gum surgery, crowns on all teeth including crown lengthening, and bite reconstruction.
